Spanish omelette with onion recipe..
Ingredients:
Steps:
Put the pan over medium heat with oil.
Add the potatoes and onion previously seasoned, then fry slowly,
turning them occasionally.
Beat the eggs, give them salt and put the pinch of yeast.
Once fried potatoes with onion, remove with a slotted spoon to a
plate. They should be well drained of oil.
Then, mix potatoes and eggs.
Put the pan over medium heat with a couple tablespoons of oil.
When it is hot, the mixed potatoes and eggs are incorporated.
Separate the egg constantly from the edge of the pan to prevent
sticking.
Once the Spanish
omelette is golden underneath, flip it with a plate and add back to
the pan with a few drops of oil until done finish.
